Our Response to COVID-19

To our valued guests, we would like to update you regarding the current COVID-19 situation. We are closely following the latest guidelines from the CDC, WHO, local governments and public health agencies. With the ever-changing circumstances we have modified how we operate.

Our Showroom is now open and fully staffed! We ask that everyone entering our showroom utilize the sanitization station provided by the entrance as they check in. All vehicle(s) you’re interested in are disinfected and ready. Protective gear will be provided for test-drives and general browsing of the vehicles, as well as vehicle trade-in appraisals.

 Our COVID-19 protocols in place include:

  • Vehicles are sanitized before and after every showing and test drives.

  • FULL-TIME Sanitization services on-site every day and night.

  • PPE for all our staff and guests – including hand sanitizers, disinfectant, gloves, masks, face shields

  • At-home test drives available

  • Plexi-shield installed

We’re happy to announce that our extended Service and Parts hours are back for your convenience.

  • 7:30am-Midnight Monday-Thursday
  • 7:30am-6:00pm Friday
  • 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday

Our Collision Centre hours will be resuming back to:

  • 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday

Our SERVICE DEPARTMENT COVID-19 safety action plan is still in place:

  • The only public access to the building will be through our automatic drive-thru doors.

  • Pay methods will be via a phoned credit card transaction. No Cash transactions.

  • If you bring your vehicle in for service all touchpoints will be disinfected prior to service and after service has been completed.

  • Some repairs may take up to 24hrs or longer depending on availability of parts if required.
