Our Response to COVID-19

To our valued guests, we would like to update you regarding the current COVID-19 situation. Hygiene standards for our employees and guests is our top priority. We are closely following the latest guidelines from the CDC, WHO, local governments and public health agencies. We have taken the following ENHANCED steps:

  • Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas, including workstations and product displays
  • Our janitorial company is applying hospital grade disinfectant to all counter-top surfaces, door handles, etc. That’s in addition to their normal cleaning service
  • Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for guests and employees throughout the dealership. If you do not see one at the following locations, please advise a member of our team immediately.

    • Toyota Parts & Service Department
    • Collision Centre
  • Our employees have been asked to
 self-isolate if they have shown symptoms, or if they’ve traveled outside of Canada. We are ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy.

We encourage following the recommended 1-meter (3.28ft) social distancing and to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water as often as possible in order to minimize the risk to your well-being. We are also implementing a no-touch handshake policy. For the well-being of our guests and employees, please do not take offense if you are not greeted with a handshake.

As of March 24, 2020 we will be closing our business for two weeks. Please check back regularly on our website or our social media channels for updates.
