I had been with David Bates since his days at Toyota Front Street. So, when he left to go to Ken Shaw Toyota, i had to change dealerships as well. All I can say is Ken Shaw Toyota better keep Mr. Bates or the service department will lose valuable customers to the next dealership that Mr. Bates decides to go to.
